'Update for 2010, 2012
The 303 d list for impaired waterbodies in the Monterey Bay region comprises waterbodies in Monterey Bay which do not currently meet water quality goals and are therefore classified as "impaired" under the section 303d of the Clean Water Act. Beneficial uses are negatively impacted by pollutants which cause these impairments.
