Summary
Blanco Drain, also known as Storm Maintenance District No. 2, drains 6,400 acres of farmland in Salinas Valley. [1] The water from Blanco Drain is listed on the 303d list of impaired water bodies by the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (CCRWQCB).[1]
