An environmental summary by the ENVS 560/L Watershed Systems class at CSUMB.

The California Coastal National Monument is a little-known bit of jurisdiction in the Central Coast Region. All outlying rocks along the coast technically belong to the Bureau of Land Management and are managed by a division called the California Coastal National Monument.
