  1. Vector basemap ** (must be done early, so that others can use it) Erin is working on this one, but I have class Friday so it won't be finished until at least Sat. If someone else wants to work on it, feel free ;)
    1. Basemap boundary (so that all printed maps can easily be zoomed to same extent) There is an extent box that was included with the shapefiles we downloaded
