How to make .mov files using Apple QuickTime Pro. (Note, the Pro version is needed for this)

Open QuickTime
File -> Open Image Sequence
Browse to the vid folder where the .jpegs are located. Click on the first .jpeg and open.
After QuickTime opens the image sequence you need to flatten it. File -> Save As, give file a name and click save.
