Redevelopment Agencies

California's 400+ Redevelopment Agencies (RDAs) were officially dissolved on February 1, 2012 as a part of the Budge Act of 2011. To help wind down RDA projects after the dissolution, Successor Agencies were established to manage redevelopment projects currently underway, make payments on enforceable obligations, and dispose of redevelopment assets and properties [1]
