Carmel Area State Park General Plan (CASP GP)
The Carmel Area State Park General Plan (CASP GP) seeks to enhance the health, inspiration, and education of Californians through the preservation of the state's biological diversity. As of April 2017, the plan includes four state parks within the Carmel area: Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, Carmel River State Beach, Point Lobos Ranch, and Hatton Canyon.
