Tarsino.exe

'Tarsino.exe' is the name of the actual executable file that launches the Tarsier Environmental Modeling Software Framework.

A complete Tarsier installation is the combination of Tarsino.exe, and a long list of .dll files, and a few other files - usually all in the same folder.
