Summary

The Regional Urban Water Augmentation Project (RUWAP) was a component of Phase 1 of the now defunct Regional Water Project (RWP).[1] RUWAP was first initiated in 2002 by Marina Coast Water District (MCWD) in cooperation with the Fort Ord Reuse Authority (FORA) to identify and evaluate alternative water supplies capable of meeting the water demands for redevelopment of the former Fort Ord. [2]
